  • Explore our dreamy collection of luxury handbags and choose the one that speaks to your style. Make sure it's in stock, and select the duration you want to rent it for. Once you've found "the one," it's time to check out and get ready for some serious fashion magic!
  • We know the excitement is real! Keep a close eye on your bag's shipment as it makes its way to your doorstep. Make sure you'll be available to sign for the package upon delivery. We wouldn't want any fashion emergencies.
  • The moment has arrived! Take out that stunning bag, embrace its elegance, and let your inner fashionista shine. Capture all the unforgettable moments by snapping those Insta-worthy pics. Oh, and don't forget to tag us @livinlux.ca so we can share in the style journey with you!
  • Make sure to hold on to the dustbag, box, and any accessories (like detachable cross body straps) it came in throughout your rental period- youll need all of that when you return it!
  • Our inventory is completely insured throughout the shipping process until the item is signed for and in your possession. Love and care for it as your own to avoid any potential damages (odor, stains, scratches or worse).
  • The renter is responsible for returning the item in the same condition it was sent in. Any signs of wear beyond what we consider regular wear and tear may be subject to a 60$ cleaning fee. We offer the add on  25$ insurance fee when choosing your bag to avoid the charge on regular wear and tear. If there are any damages that occur while in your possession please reach out to customercare@livinlux.ca immediately. Do not try and clean/ repair the bag yourself!
  • If your bag is damaged beyond regular wear and tear, lost or stolen, please email customercare@livinlux.ca immediately. You may be subject for the repair of the bag or liable to replace the Livinlux value* of the bag as subject by our team.
  • We want you to enjoy your bag to the fullest and cherish it as your own! For every rental you return in its good condition your loyalty points will grow and bring you one step closer to moving up in tiers and unlocking even more perks!
