  • Pack your rental up in the original packaging it arrived in, with any additional accessories it came with (like detachable cross body straps) ensuring it's well-protected for its journey back to us. We want to ensure every handbag remains in pristine condition for the next lucky renter.
  • Head to the specified post station mentioned in your return instructions email. Drop off your package- make sure to get the receipt or else we wont be able to ensure it was truly released for shipping!
  • We appreciate your punctuality! Any late returns will accrue a $30 late fee per day, up to 7 days. Past 7 days the bag will be considered a non return and you may be charged the full price of the bag as defined by LIVINLUX.
  • Once your returned bag reaches us and undergoes verification, it's time to check your account. Watch as your loyalty grows with each successful return. You're on your way to unlocking exclusive perks and reaching new tiers of trust. Get ready to level up!
